Absolutely, yes. TVJewels insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the items are to be sent to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the indicated delivery address counts for delivery by TVJewels and liability for the goods is transferred at that time.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at tvjewels.vn@gmail.com and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at tvjewels.vn@gmail.com so we can arrange it for you.
